Passwords cannot be reset using the MISTAR app.
Acer Chromebook touchpad
We are aware of a problem where the Acer Chromebook touchpad stops behaving normally when the AC adapter is plugged into the charging port on the left side of the machine (which is the side opposite of the power button).
To fix this issue, please unplug AC power and use battery power or plug the AC adapter into the charging port on the right side of the laptop (next to the power button).
