TV shows "No Source" when turned on
If your TV is telling you there is no source/signal found on the HDMI input, please try the following troubleshooting steps before submitting a ticket:
- Make sure the TV is set to the proper HDMI input
- Restart the Airtame
- Unplugged the Airtame power brick from the power strip on the back of your TV cart.
- Slowly count to 10.
- Plug the Airtame power brick into the power strip.
- The Airtame's LED light will flash a little before turning to a solid white. Wait for at least 1 minute to ensure the Airtame fully restarts.
- Restart your TV
