TV shows "No Source" when turned on

If your TV is telling you there is no source/signal found on the HDMI input, please try the following troubleshooting steps before submitting a ticket:

  1. Make sure the TV is set to the proper HDMI input
  2. Restart the Airtame 
    • Unplugged the Airtame power brick from the power strip on the back of your TV cart.
    • Slowly count to 10.
    • Plug the Airtame power brick into the power strip.
    • The Airtame's LED light will flash a little before turning to a solid white.  Wait for at least 1 minute to ensure the Airtame fully restarts.
  3. Restart your TV
